Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Thane. The Relationship Manager will manage and nurture client relationships, ensure a seamless client experience, and provide expert advice on property transactions. Responsibilities include online and offline client engagement, guiding customers through property options, negotiating deals, and partnering with stakeholders to close transactions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a focus on customer satisfaction, are essential for success in this role. Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Knowledge of the real estate industry and property market trends - Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to build long-term client relationships - Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills - Self-motivated, organized, and results-focused - Relevant prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
