Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work occasionally from home. The role involves driving business growth through lead generation, executing inside sales efforts, and building relationships with potential clients. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospects, communicating effectively to understand client needs, and collaborating with teams to develop tailored solutions. The Senior BDR will contribute to achieving sales targets and support the overall business development strategy. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques - Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively engage prospects and build relationships - Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment - Knowledge of logistics and AI-driven platforms preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields
