Key duties include strategy development, team building, performance monitoring, forecasting, and customer relationship management, with a strong emphasis onbusiness developmentandrisk management. Job Summary: Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth for personal loans within an assigned region by managing and developing a sales team, fostering strategic channel partnerships (like DSAs), and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base while ensuring quality business and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: .Sales Target Achievement:Drive profitable growth and meet ambitious sales targets for personal loans in the assigned region. .Team Leadership:Recruit, coach, motivate, and manage a sales team, setting objectives and monitoring performance to minimize attrition. .Business Development:Identify emerging markets, develop strategic business plans, and build strong customer and partner relationships to expand market share. .Channel Management:Oversee and grow partnerships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and dealers to generate new business. .Portfolio Management:Ensure the quality of the loan portfolio by managing delinquency ratios and working with credit/risk teams. .Reporting & Forecasting:Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, providing realistic forecasts and insights to senior management. .Compliance & Risk:Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, internal audit requirements, and risk management policies.
