If you're passionate about innovation, impact, and transforming lives, join us in shaping the future of nutrition #TruNativ #FuelBetter #JoinTheMovement #NowHiring Trunativ has been recently backed by Emami Limited & Mr. Nithin Kamath - Zerodha Rainmatter. - Know more about us: http://www.trunativ.co Role: HR Executive & Admin In Charge Department: Human Resources Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office) Reports to: HR Manager Remuneration: 25K - 30K per month Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee engagement, and exit formalities. - Maintain and update HR records such as attendance, leave management, performance reviews, and employee database. - Implement and monitor HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee welfare initiatives to ensure a positive work environment. - Oversee administrative functions including office facilities management, vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of assets. - Support in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, F&F), employee communication, and HR analytics reports for management review. - Act as the single point of contact (POC) for employee queries, grievance resolution, and admin-related escalations ensuring timely closure. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events to boost morale and organizational culture. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR management is an added advantage. - 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist and administrative roles, preferably in startups or fast-paced organizations. - Proficiency in HRMS tools (RazorPay), MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple situations effectively. - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity. - Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and manage end-to-end HR & Admin operations seamlessly. Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
