Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Coordinate employee training programs and track participation.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
