Key Roles & Responsibilities - Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, cold calls, and email campaigns. - Client Engagement: Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and suggest suitable services. - Sales Support: Schedule meetings for the sales team and provide them with detailed information about prospects. - CRM Management: Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software like Salesforce. - Market Research: Conduct research through different tools to identify potential clients and market opportunities. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance lead conversion. - Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring all logistical details are confirmed.
