Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Email and SMS Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will manage and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, oversee audience segmentation and personalization strategies, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align marketing content with brand messaging and monitoring campaign performance through analytics and reporting. Qualifications - Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools and strategies - Experience with Marketing and Digital Marketing techniques and practices - Strong skills in Lead Generation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems - Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Experience managing email and SMS platforms and working knowledge of best practices - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred - Familiarity with legal industry marketing or professional service firms is a plus - Experience in us market is a must to have.
