The specialist will also support community operations, coordinating between clients and internal teams to drive sales and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Tele-sales and Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Respond to inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently. Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers. Convert leads into sales and follow up to close deals effectively. Community Operations Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns or community initiatives. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales metrics. Assist in organizing events, webinars, or promotional campaigns for community engagement. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and community members. Address complaints or issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the concerned department. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve processes and offerings. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track tele-sales targets and performance metrics. Prepare reports on calls made, sales achieved, and customer satisfaction levels. Identify areas for improvement in voice processes and suggest enhancements. Compliance and Process Adherence: Follow company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures during all interactions. Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of customer information. Adhere to telecommunication regulations and ethical sales practices. Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with tele-sales targets and performance-based work. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions efficiently. Basic computer skills, including CRM tools and MS Office. Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred. Prior experience in tele-sales, voice process, or customer service is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM software or call center operations is a plus.
