You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure efficient system performance and a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support for backend systems and applications - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java-based systems - Work with SQL databases for data validation and system checks - Apply DSA concepts to debug and analyze technical problems - Collaborate with internal teams to improve system stability - Document technical issues and provide clear resolutions What You'll Bring - Strong foundation in Java, DSA, and SQL - Good problem-solving and logical thinking abilities - Understanding of system workflows and backend operations - Strong communication and client-handling skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced support environment Evaluation Process: Round 1: Offline Assessment at AccioJob Skill Centre (Bring your laptop & earphones for the test) Further Rounds (for shortlisted candidates only): - Resume Evaluation - Technical Interview 1 - HR Discussion Skills Required: Java, DSA, SQL
