Our team of experts is dedicated to enabling a seamless and secure digital transformation journey for our clients.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time Technical Support Engineer to join our team remotely.In this role, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for cloud and security services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint security solutions. You will support clients through issue diagnosis, resolution, configuration assistance, and proactive system monitoring.
