Our team of experts is dedicated to enabling a seamless and secure digital transformation journey for our clients.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time Technical Support Engineer to join our team remotely.In this role, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for cloud and security services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint security solutions. You will support clients through issue diagnosis, resolution, configuration assistance, and proactive system monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of Cyvica’s cloud and cybersecurity solutions.We Are Looking ForStrong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows OS, and networking conceptsGood troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical usersExperience handling service tickets, incidents, and escalationsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple issuesCustomer-first attitude with strong ownership and accountabilityKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 technical support for Microsoft Cloud environments including M365, Azure, Intune & security solutionsDiagnose and resolve issues related to email, identity & access, device management, Microsoft Defender, and networkingConfigure user accounts, security policies, endpoint compliance, and cloud services as per client requirementsTrack and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and SLA adherenceAssist in deployment, migration tasks, and documentation of solutionsMonitor and maintain customer environments for performance, health, and security complianceCollaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesDeliver exceptional service experience and build strong client trustGood to HaveMicrosoft Certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, SC-900, etc.)Knowledge of PowerShell scriptingUnderstanding of cybersecurity frameworks and Zero Trust conceptsFamiliarity with ITIL processes and service management toolsGrowth & OpportunitiesClear technical career path toward roles such as System Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or Security SpecialistAccess to advanced Microsoft training and certification sponsorshipOpportunity to contribute to enterprise cloud and security transformation projectsRecognition and rewards for strong performance and expertiseWork Mode & ScheduleRemote / Work From Home5-day working weekWhat We OfferCompetitive salary & performance benefitsProfessional growth in high-demand cloud & security domainsOpportunity to work with top enterprises and technology ecosystemsSupportive learning culture and direct interaction with experienced leadershipApply NowInterested candidates can send their CV to: 📩 jobs@cyvica.com | hr@cyvica.com
