Long Description Job Summary The AVI-SPL Onsite Maintenance Engineer will work in partnership with the Customer management team Global Helpdesk and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site s with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience Duties and Responsibilities Daily heath checks on bespoke space AV equipment on all floors Working on tickets Service Request Incident supporting ICC site Immediate troubleshooting on Bespoke spaces all floors for standard rooms post local IT troubleshooting he will engage and resolve Communicate any changes or requirements from ICC IT Business with self WDI team Daily Weekly report about his productivity at site Other duties assigned as needed Provide onsite dedicated support to all ICC events coordinating with local IT ICC business team Understand and discuss if any new business requirement from ICC discuss with WDI team to move forward Provide support related to maintenance activity either Power outage OEM related firmware updates roll out validation Education Experince Minimum of 3 - 5 years of audiovisual integration experience preferred Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred external training AMX Intro to Networking for AV Professionals AMX Programmer I Crestron Professional Installation Essentials of Crestron Programming Certification Exton AV Associate Certification InfoComm Quick Start to the Audio-Visual Industry InfoComm CTS General Certification More about us AVI-SPL is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex pregnancy sexual orientation gender identity national origin age protected veteran status disability status or membership in any other group protected by federal state or local law AVI-SPL is an AA Disabled Veteran Protected Employer VEVRAA Federal Contractor
