As a Marketing Executive at Wafer you will play a vital role in supporting the team with various tasks and initiatives aimed at promoting our products and services This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the dynamic and fast-paced IT industry while working closely with professionals in the marketing field The ideal candidate is enthusiastic creative and possesses a strong willingness to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts Responsibilities Content Creation Assist in developing engaging content for marketing collateral including blog posts social media content website copy and promotional materials Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding Social Media Management Help manage and maintain the company s social media channels Monitor social media trends respond to comments messages and assist in growing the company s online presence Email Marketing Support the execution of email marketing campaigns including crafting emails managing subscriber lists and analysing campaign performance Market Research Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor activities and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns Analytics and Reporting Help track and analyse marketing campaign performance using various tools and platforms Provide insights to the marketing team to optimise future efforts SEO and SEM Collaborate with the marketing team to improve search engine optimization SEO and search engine marketing SEM efforts Graphic Design Support in creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials Brand Awareness Help promote and strengthen the company s brand identity across different marketing channels Administrative Support Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team including organising files coordinating meetings and managing marketing materials inventory Requirements Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program ideally focused on marketing business or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using social media platforms Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design software is a plus Knowledge of SEO SEM and email marketing best practices is advantageous Highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Team player with a proactive and positive attitude Passion for technology and interest in the IT industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 24 months Pay From 200 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Work from home Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Panjim Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Current CTC In LPA Expected CTC in LPA Notice Period in days Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Lead generation 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Marketing 1 year Preferred SEO tools 1 year Preferred Email marketing 1 year Preferred SEM 1 year Preferred Social media marketing 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
