Digital Marketing Specialist Experience Minimum 2 year Location Kottayam Kerala Employment Type Full-time About Us Datameris is a forward-thinking organization committed to leveraging the latest in digital marketing to drive growth and engagement We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our team and contribute to our Digital Marketing efforts Role Objectives Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals Conduct in-depth market research to understand the target audience and identify growth opportunities Launch and optimize campaigns across diverse digital channels including social media paid advertising and search engine optimization Analyze and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights and analytics tools Collaborate with clients presenting campaign progress and key performance metrics KPIs effectively Key Responsibilities SEO and Content Optimization Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to boost organic visibility Perform technical SEO audits to improve site performance and usability Analyze competitors and industry trends to develop effective SEO strategies Google Ads Management Plan execute and monitor Google Ads campaigns targeting traffic conversions and engagement Optimize ad creative bidding strategies and keywords to achieve high ROI and ROAS Produce detailed performance reports providing actionable insights for improvement Social Media Advertising Meta Ads Develop and manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram ensuring alignment with advertising goals Create compelling ad creatives and copy to maximize audience engagement and conversions Track and refine campaigns to meet KPIs and enhance performance metrics Campaign Performance Analysis Regularly track and analyze metrics like CTR conversion rates and revenue generated from campaigns Provide clear insights and recommendations based on performance data Experiment with innovative strategies tools and technologies to improve results consistently Industry Trends and Innovation Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends platforms and tools Recommend innovative strategies to keep the company ahead in the digital marketing space Required Skills and Qualifications At least 2 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven results in SEO Google Ads and Meta Ads Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs and Facebook Business Manager Strong understanding of campaign optimization audience targeting and creative performance analysis Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies Outstanding communication and presentation skills Certification in Google Ads Facebook Ads or related platforms will be an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary A collaborative innovative work environment focused on professional growth Opportunities to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Digital marketing 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
