Summary The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments verify KYC and loan-related documents and ensure timely follow-ups for smooth recovery Key Responsibilities - Visit customers at their residence or business premises for payment collection- Follow up with borrowers for EMI dues bounced payments or settlements- Conduct physical verification of documents KYC loan agreements ID address proof - Ensure authenticity and completeness of all submitted documents- Obtain customer signatures and submit collected documents to the back-office team- Maintain daily visit logs and collection reports- Build rapport with customers and handle objections or concerns professionally- Escalate complex or non-cooperative cases to the Collection Manager- Adhere to RBI and internal guidelines for ethical recovery practices- Responsible for visiting customers within a 50 km radius of their base location Additional Notes - Background verification is mandatory prior to onboarding- Preference for candidates with prior experience in product-based companies- Please share profiles in Excel or PDF format along with a candidate tracke ref updazz com
