Join us in crafting digital products that deliver lasting value. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying opportunities, submitting winning proposals, and closing deals that align with our service offerings. Qualifications - Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. - Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals. - Communicate with potential clients, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up consistently. - Work closely with the technical team to estimate and scope projects accurately. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in business development for IT services. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, SaaS, and related technologies. - Ability to build long-term client relationships. - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Nice to Have: - Experience with other platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH, etc.). - Basic understanding of project management tools.
