You’ll be working with the After Sales team. This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to expand our presence in multiple cities across the country, together unlocking 15-minute rapid charging thru our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station). Roles & Responsibilities: - Network Support / SOPs: - Collaborate with the central team to ensure that SOPs and best practices are consistently followed across all stakeholders. - Managing field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues. - Planning of e^pump Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair/replacement of parts/equipment. - Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers. - Strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and uptime management. EV Power Liaison: - Collaborate with local Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) to secure reliable EV Power supply for charging stations. - Identify and engage contractors capable of obtaining EV Power within the designated territory - Understand the rules and regulations of each territory & DISCOM and make sure that the power is landed as per the expected costs - Stakeholder Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. - Ensure effective communication and coordination with local operations teams. - Billing and Reimbursement: - Oversee the generation, timely payment, and reimbursement of electricity bills with various stakeholders. - Ensure accurate billing and adherence to financial agreements. - Single Point of Contact: - Serve as the central point of contact for local operations teams, addressing their queries and providing necessary support. About the Candidate: - The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high sense of ownership and agility in their work. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Prior experience of 2 to 5 years in managing service operations within industries associated with EV Charging stations or Cell towers What matters: - Quality of work - Approach towards problem-solving - Dissatisfaction towards mediocre work - Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing About Us Exponent simplifies energy for EVs.
