communication among team members and stakeholders meticulously managing project timelines and budgets and proactively addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs This position is based in Chandigarh Pune Our hybrid remote work model offers the flexibility to work from home on need basis allowing you to balance personal and professional life Please note that the first 6 months will require working from the office Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 10 of the year Duties And ResponsibilitiesESSENTIALxc2xb7 Coordinate among all functional teams and shared services to get the job donexc2xb7 Maintain all documentation relevant to project SoW documents change requests schedules risk register etc xc2xb7 Prepare and maintain documents like project progress reports invoices budget timesheets project team deputation records Project KPIs etc xc2xb7 Work on arrangements clearances project team mobilization demobilization travel related tasksxc2xb7 Manage inventory asset list of all non-human resources issue register transit documentationsxc2xb7 Perform various tasks assigned on projects or related to operationsxc2xb7 Support project manager in planning control and implementation of assigned projectsxc2xb7 Administer the relevant project databasexc2xb7 Conduct regular project control meetingsxc2xb7 Maintaining regular and effective communications with clients to develop client contractor relationshipsxc2xb7 Able to understand project relevant experience preferred in Mechanical or allied branch xc2xb7 Industrial experience of 5 years with minimum 3 years experience in project coordination related activities DESIREDxc2xb7 Project Management qualification certificationKnowledge Skills Abilities and Other Characteristicsxc2xb7 Intermediate or Expert level knowledge on Project management or scheduling software e g Primavera MS Project etc xc2xb7 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills Peoplesoft ERP etcxc2xb7 Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teamsxc2xb7
