About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Project Coordinator & Business Analyst who will play a dual role in supporting project execution and gathering business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT processes, project coordination, and requirement analysis, ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Support project managers in conducting status meetings and follow-ups.

Business Analysis:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Assist in preparing process workflows, user stories, and use cases.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and UAT support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in project coordination and/or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT project environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,089.54 per month
