Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and act as a bridge between project managers, development teams, QA, and clients.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers (status reports, risk logs, meeting minutes, etc.).
  • Ensure effective communication within teams and escalate issues/risks to the Project Manager.
  • Support in resource allocation, timesheet tracking, and project budgeting.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings (scrums, sprint planning, client updates).
  • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Help in client communication, requirement gathering, and ensuring alignment with deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support (preferably in IT/software development).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

  • Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master).
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
