Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in process. Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring satisfaction. Manage reservations and assist with booking modifications or cancellations as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to resolve guest issues promptly. Process check-out procedures and handle payment transactions accurately. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Assist in training and mentoring new front office staff to uphold company standards. Requirements Proven experience in a front office role within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using front office management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on guest service excellence. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary. Compensation Salary: 10-18k + PF + ESI Staff meals provided Shared accommodation available **We don't charge any application fees from candidates.
