We have a warm and tightly knit community of employees who play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of services we promise to our guests and in the upkeep of our properties As a part of Siara family you will find yourself among people who are passionate about guest service providing you with the expertise required to help you grow in the industry POSITION SUMMARY Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest s stay Determinates a guest s reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay Helps guests complete registration cards and then assign rooms accommodating special requests whenever possible Verifies the guest s method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel PREREQUISITES Education High school graduate or equivalent Must speak read Write and understand the primary language used in the workplace Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used by the guests who visits the hotel Experience Previous hotel-related experience desired Physical Grasping writing standing sitting walking repetitive motions hearing visual acuity and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 40 pound JOB LOCATION Modasa Nadiad - Gujarat
