About the role We are seeking a Senior Accountant - Corporate Finance who will collaborate closely with the financial team to oversee end-to-end accounting operations for the group company This role will involve managing accounts receivable and payable ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic corporate finance initiatives Roles and Responsibilities Handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations for India and USA entities including general ledger accounts payable receivable and month-end closings Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements including GST TDS Income Tax and ROC filings India and US GAAP sales tax federal state regulations USA Manage intercompany transactions reconciliations and currency conversions Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with local and global standards Coordinate with external consultants auditors and tax advisors in both India and the US Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities Ensure timely filing of returns including TDS GST 26AS India and 1099 W-9 etc USA Support cash flow management banking activities and audit requirements Implement internal controls and recommend process improvements Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CA CPA CMA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus 5 years of relevant accounting experience with exposure to both Indian and US accounting practices Solid knowledge of Indian GAAP US GAAP and compliance regulations Experience in the IT industry or with companies having international operations is preferred Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Tally Zoho Books or SAP Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle cross-border collaboration across time zones Location Bangalore Remote Shift Timings U K Shift 1 30 PM IST - 10 30 PM IST
