Senior Accountant Location: Vijayawada Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–7 Years Expected Compensation: 25-40k per month About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in managing complete books of accounts while supporting management with financial insights. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PT, and IT filings Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting Conduct variance analysis and present financial reports to management Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes Manage invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor/ customer reconciliations Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of all entries Ensure timely closing of books every month Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance 3–7 years of practical accounting experience Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime , MS Excel, and accounting software Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with financial planning & analysis Exposure to inventory, costing, or manufacturing/trading environment Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Professional work environment and growth opportunities Chance to take ownership of finance operations in a growing organization
