Connect us on 73786 96688 Email - hr flexoncables com www - https flexoncables com Recruitment Staffing Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs Prepare job postings schedule interviews and conduct background checks 2 Employee Onboarding Documentation Prepare appointment letters contracts and maintain employee records Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires Maintain HRMS data systems with updated employee information 3 Attendance Payroll Leave Management Maintain employee attendance and leave records Coordinate payroll inputs attendance overtime deductions etc with accounts payroll team Manage employee queries related to salary leave and benefits 4 Employee Engagement Relations Assist in employee engagement initiatives events and grievance handling Promote a positive and productive workplace environment Communicate HR policies and ensure adherence 5 Performance Management Support appraisal cycles and maintain performance records Follow-up on KRAs feedback sessions and performance improvement plans 6 Compliance HR Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory filings and audits Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling HR information Contribute to policy updates and process improvements Required Skills Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good knowledge of HR best practices laws and payroll policies Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Time management and multitasking capabilities Qualifications Bachelor s Degree 1-3 years of HR experience preferred for Executive level Job Type Full-time Pay 9 208 25 - 25 775 82 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Human resources 1 year Required Location Pardi Gujarat Required Work Location In person
