Manager- Human Resources Role To partner with us in this expansion journey we are looking for a dynamic Human Resources professional who is committed to support us in building a quality team that would execute these plans They would be responsible in managing and putting together a passionate committed and dedicated team having a service orientation that is aligned with our noble objective Our ideal candidate should be skilled in managing compensation benefits recognition training performance management and employee relations in a manner that retains staff members long-term Responsibilities Manage recruitment process including sourcing interviewing hiring and onboarding Lead employee on-boarding activities answer employee questions and provide support to managers when integrating new hires into the organisation Employees compensation internal payroll databases and payments Administer employee benefit programs support claim resolution and maintain related systems Review streamline and roll out organisation-wide HR policies rules and regulations Design and administer the performance review process Lead employee recreation reward and recognition programs Identify training needs and facilitate training programs Qualifications Profile Graduation is a must Master s degree in human resources labour relations or business administration will be an added advantage Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources Exposure to managing resources in a factory setup working with labour force contractors understanding of the Labour laws compliances etc Knowledge of retail industry will be an added advantage Preference Female above 30 years Strong people management skills with maturity to handle diverse set of employees Ability to handle issues around work force management ensure high levels of motivation and a self-driven go getter Peoples person with excellent communication skills with a strong network Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 84 000 00 per month Work Location In person
