Key Responsibilities Production Planning Execution Plan daily weekly and monthly production schedules based on sales and inventory requirements Allocate jobs and manage production lines cutting ruling folding binding packing Monitor WIP Work In Progress and ensure minimal downtime Manpower Shift Management Manage shift-wise labor allocation permanent and contract workers Supervise line staff machine operators and technicians Ensure productivity discipline and safety across all shifts Machine Equipment Oversight Ensure proper functioning of production machinery e g ruling machines binding lines cutting units Plan preventive maintenance with the engineering team Minimize machine breakdowns and production loss Quality Control Compliance Ensure notebooks meet internal and customer quality standards Coordinate with QA QC team for process checks and inspections Implement corrective actions on quality complaints or deviations Inventory Material Management Coordinate with stores and procurement for timely availability of raw materials paper covers binding materials etc Ensure proper use and minimal wastage of raw materials Production Reporting Documentation Maintain daily production reports machine-wise output logs and shift reports Monitor key metrics like yield scrap downtime and output per shift Health Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to factory safety norms and labor laws Conduct safety drills and maintain compliance with local industrial regulations Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of notebook manufacturing processes cutting ruling stitching binding Knowledge of production planning OEE and line balancing Experience in managing large teams and contract labor Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP systems preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Work Location In person
