Trafitek intends to hire a factory manager for its new facility in Bhiwandi .Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Factory Manager role located in Bhiwandi. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient production planning, maintaining quality control standards, and managing manufacturing operations. The role also includes supervising operations and resources, implementing strategies to optimize performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.QualificationsProven expertise in Production Planning and Production ManagementStrong knowledge of Quality Control practicesExperience in Operations Management and Manufacturing OperationsStrategic and effective leadership abilities with exceptional organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage teams and workflows in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in evaluating and improving production and operational processesBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related fieldPrevious experience in the traffic management or mobility sector is an advantage
