Location Mankoli Bhiwandi Job Type Full-time About Us We are a leading toy manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality innovative toys that bring joy to children We are looking for a motivated and skilled Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency in inventory management order dispatch and labour supervision Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials and finished goods Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder materials when needed Labor Supervision Lead train and motivate the labour workforce to achieve production goals Resolve labor-related concerns and maintain a positive work environment Ensure adherence to workplace safety and company policies Data and Reporting Maintain records of production inventory and dispatch activities using Excel Prepare reports to track efficiency costs and performance General Management Ensure smooth factory operations by maintaining high standards of punctuality and honesty Proactively address operational challenges and find effective solutions Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements Requirements Proven experience in factory management or a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to lead and handle labor effectively High levels of punctuality honesty and reliability Familiarity with toy manufacturing processes preferred but not mandatory What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for growth and professional development A supportive and collaborative work environment We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional to our team Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Morning shift Application Question s Why did you leave your past job Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 4 years Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 02 06 2025
