About the Role:
We seek passionate and dedicated Freelance Mental Wellness Educators to conduct FREE OF COST mental wellness awareness programs. This role is crucial in helping individuals understand the importance of mental health, stress management, and emotional resilience. You will work remotely but have opportunities to engage with schools, organizations, and community groups across India virtually or on-site when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Awareness Programs:

Deliver engaging and relatable sessions on topics like stress management, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and mental health awareness for diverse age groups.

Educate on Mental Health Concepts:

Provide practical tools and insights to help individuals recognize signs of stress, anxiety, and emotional distress, and encourage help-seeking behavior.
•

Resource Development:

Develop and adapt content to ensure it resonates with different audiences, promoting positive mental health practices.
•

Parent, Educator & Employer Guidance:

Provide training and guidance to educators, parents, and employers, helping them support mental wellness in schools, workplaces, and communities.
•

Impact Measurement:

Collect feedback from participants and institutions to continuously improve program delivery and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
