What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (MA/M.Sc) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Work location :
Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.

Employment Terms:

  • Probationary Period: 3 months with performance review

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting therapy sessions: Providing individual and group counseling/therapy sessions to clients
  • Developing and delivering mental health programs and workshops
  • Creating engaging content for educational materials, social media, and
  • community outreach
  • Writing program documentation, reports, and mental health resources
  • Managing and growing DILASA's social media presence
  • Collaborating with schools and community organizations
  • Contributing to mental health awareness campaigns
  • Supporting the development of culturally-adapted mental health interventions
