The position also requires handling area sales, collections, and customer support while implementing strategies set by senior management. - Drive sales growth for microscopes in the assigned region. - Identify and develop new business opportunities across healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. - Promote products to government and private institutions. - Conduct product demonstrations, training, and provide technical support. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Implement sales and marketing strategies as directed by management. - Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with customers. - Ensure timely reporting, feedback, and submission of weekly reports. - Manage area sales, collections, and customer complaints. - Analyze market potential and track sales performance.
