**Responsibilities**:
- travelling to neighbouring cities of your domicile and meeting eye doctors and professionals
(Opticians and Optometrists) to promote our products.
- many of the professionals you visit may already be our customers, so business generation
may be totally dependent upon your promotional and marketing skills.
- develop, execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximise sales, profit and to
ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- address client inquiries in a timely fashion while supervising accounts daily to retain existing
relationships
- prospect and identify potential clients
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a sales representative
- experience selling medical/pharmaceutical equipment
- demonstrated ability to successfully engage potential clients in active conversation about the
product, leading and persuading towards deal close
Additional Qualifications:
- enthusiastic, competitive, self-motivated, hands-on with a strong work ethic
- ability to take direction and to be coached and mentored, with a focus on continuous
improvement
- familiar with MS Office
- excellent listener, desire to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies
- strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills
- the desire to work and succeed in a high volume prospecting and sales operation
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
