**Position Type: Full-time**
As a Medical Representative at Span Laboratories Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in promoting our herbal pharmaceutical products and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
Your primary objective will be to generate prescriptions and orders, ensuring the availability and consumption of our products in the market.
**Responsibilities**:
**Promote Products**: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and therapeutic advantages of our herbal pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, emphasizing their quality, efficacy, and safety.
**Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. Regularly visit healthcare facilities to present product information, address inquiries, and provide educational materials.
**Sales Generation**: Achieve sales targets by actively promoting our products, influencing prescribing behavior, and securing product prescriptions from healthcare professionals. Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand our customer base.
**Stock Management**: Collaborate with stockists to ensure adequate product availability and proper liquidation of stocks. Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and provide timely updates on stock movements to optimize supply chain operations.
**Payment Collection**: Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collections. Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to resolve payment-related issues and maintain accurate records of transactions.
**Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and channel partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Provide necessary support and guidance to the distribution network to drive sales performance.
**Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare policies. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities, challenges, and potential areas for business growth.
**Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities for management review.
**Role Requirements**:
2. Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information to healthcare professionals.
4. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and generate business growth.
5. Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and the healthcare industry is an advantage.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
