Job Description Job Description : The Chief Manager -Risk & Recovery will be responsible for overseeing AML compliance, RCU operations, grievance closure, insurance coordination, MIS review, and new risk-related process enhancement initiatives. The role requires good analytical skills, strong judgement, and close coordination with branches and senior leadership to ensure robust risk governance. The candidate should have sound knowledge of company's policies and procedures relating to audit, risk and operations and should be able to conduct training to field level staff in these areas. Should possess good soft skills like making presentations, writing SOPs, liaising with IT for development of new IT initiatives. AML Compliance:- vPreparation of review reports based on transaction monitoring alerts & submission to Principal Officer. vVerification of suspicious transactions & reporting to Principal Officer CIC Grievance Redressal vClosure of grievances within defined TAT. vInsurance :- Follow-up on pending claims for timely resolution & Preparation of PPTs for insurance brokers. MIS & Review vBureau scrubbing of employees for KYE vRCU monthly review with DMD & Family Board vDriving process enhancement initiatives through IT vMaintaining adequate staffing levels vDelivering Credit & Risk Management (MFIN) training to branch staff vQuality and accuracy of approval decisions vTAT for sanctioning loans vFollow-up on deviations permitted during loan sanctioning vSanctioning all loans (including L@H) over 5 lakhs under RCU powers in CO South vMonth-on-month reduction in deviations through follow-up with RO (FVR, audit irregularities, etc.)
