Job Title: Chief Financial Operations ManagerAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client communication, delivering accurate and timely financial outputs, and providing exceptional service to our clients.The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Zoho Books, as well as a strong understanding of U.S. accounting fundamentals. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books, managing journal entries, accruals, amortization, and fixed assets, performing bank, credit card, loan, merchant, and intercompany reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger and chart of accounts per industry norms, processing accounts payable, receivables, and assisting with payroll postings.You will also be responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Budget vs Actual.
