DevOps & Infrastructure Engineering CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and automation. About the role: You will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and working proactively to bring our services to new segments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with the right mix of product design, development, and engineering solutions. We invite ambitious individuals with a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of market dynamics to apply for this role. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential clients in domestic and international markets through market research, networking, email campaigns, and outbound calls. Understand client requirements, pain points, and business objectives to recommend relevant IT solution Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools. Track progress, forecast opportunities, and report key sales metrics to management. Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, identify upselling or cross selling opportunities, and ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Provide insights to refine business strategies and offerings. Ideal Profile: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 13 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management. Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud computing, data analytics, or ERP solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools; track progress and report performance regularly.
