Cradlewise is a baby tech startup based out of San Francisco, Bangalore and Pune. We build smart baby products.

Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.

Cradlewise smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup, learns from the baby's sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep - just like a mom

Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Executive to execute and manage Cradlewise's social presence. This role is execution-first: you will post content, engage with the community, optimize posting schedules, conduct hashtag and keyword research, and collaborate with designers and video editors to deliver ready-to-publish assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post and schedule content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.).
- Generate engaging captions aligned with the brand's voice and research relevant hashtags for reach and discoverability.
- Conduct keyword research and implement Pinterest SEO strategies to help grow the brand's presence.
- Spot, evaluate, and help Cradlewise take part in relevant social trends to boost visibility and awareness.
- Optimize posting schedules based on platform analytics and best-performing times to maximize engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to nurture the Cradlewise community.
- Track social conversations, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to prepare visuals and video content for posting.
- Use social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar) to schedule posts, monitor performance, and report insights.
- Report social media performance metrics and suggest optimizations to improve engagement and reach.

What We Are Looking For:

- 13 years of experience in social media execution, content posting, and community management.
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite is a plus.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create captions that resonate with the target audience.
- Knowledge of social trends, hashtags, SEO, and community-building strategies.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to coordinate with multiple creative stakeholders.
- Passion for parenting, baby products, or lifestyle content is a plus.
