Job Description: Social Media ManagerPosition: Social Media ManagerLocation: MumbaiExperience: 5–7 yearsAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and cinema-savvy Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of the Bollywood/movie landscape. The ideal candidate will lead the social media strategy, content planning, and ensuring timely delivery of Film contents. This role requires strong client management skills, a passion for movies, and experience working with film production houses, marketing teams, or entertainment media agencies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media ManagementDevelop, implement, and manage strategies to increase engagement, and traffic for Film contents. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools.2.
Client Handling & CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for movie clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their expectations are met. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute operations seamlessly. Provide regular updates to clients on progress and performance.3.
Content Ideas & Delivery ManagementManage the end-to-end process of content planning, from ideation to execution and delivery for Movies and Music contents and marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date on Bollywood trends, celebrity news, fan culture, and release calendars to leverage viral opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to create cinematic and on-brand content that resonates with movie lovers.
Ensure all contents are delivered on time. Oversee timely delivery and posting of content across all platforms in sync with client.4. Meeting DeadlinesPrioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting. QualificationsProven experience managing social media for films, entertainment brands, OTT platforms. Deep knowledge of the Bollywood ecosystem, fan culture, film marketing formats, and digital content trends.
Excellent client communication and coordination skills, especially with producers, talent, and creative teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
Experience in agency coordination and project management is a plus.
