Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our clients' digital presence across platforms. This role involves end-to-end management of social strategies, content calendars, campaign execution, and performance analytics for both Indian and international clients. Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development & Execution:Design and implement social media strategies to achieve brand and marketing objectives.
Plan and execute creative campaigns across all relevant social media channels. Content Creation & Management:Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including visuals, videos, and written posts. Schedule, monitor, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
Community Engagement:Manage audience interactions by responding to comments and messages promptly. Foster positive relationships and maintain an active presence on all platforms. Performance Analysis:Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Use analytics tools to generate insights and adjust strategies as needed. Collaboration:Work with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and client servicing, to align social media activities with broader company goals. Coordinate with external partners or influencers for collaboration opportunities.
Trend Monitoring & Advertising:Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends. Proven track record of creating successful campaigns and engaging content. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of creativity. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize performance. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and strategies.
