- Monitor social media channels for feedback, trends, and opportunities, and provide timely responses to foster community interaction.
- Analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and content initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the architecture and planning industry.
