We are a UDYAM and DPIIT registered company aligned with India's Make in India initiative. IndusTill specializes in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of products under Farm Machinery, Food Processing, and Farm Automation. We have secured noteworthy achievements, including wins in the Adhunik Gram Challenge and the Social Alpha Quest for Agritech Innovation. Our products, such as the TracTill, GrassMaster, and AutoFarm, cater to small and marginal farmers by automating essential farming activities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include client acquisition, relationship management, market analysis, and executing sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Market Analysis and Client Acquisition skills
- Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the agricultural technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
