Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Staff located in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, presenting and demonstrating products to clients, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
