Position Overview We are seeking dynamic Sales Development Executives to join our rapidly growing MedEd division. This hybrid role combines field sales and inside sales to drive adoption of our comprehensive medical education programs among MBBS students across India. Reporting to: Regional Manager Team Size: Part of 12-member field sales team Territory: Northeast ,Rajasthan , Haryana , Bihar/Jharkhand Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and engage MBBS students across medical colleges and universities - Conduct field visits to medical colleges, libraries, and student communities - Execute calling campaigns to generate qualified leads - Maintain and update prospect database in CRM system Sales Activities - Present PhysicsWallah's MedEd course offerings to prospective students - Demonstrate platform features, course content, and learning methodologies - Handle course enrollments ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 - Achieve individual annual revenue target of 2 Crore Relationship Building - Build strong relationships with medical students, college administrators, and student organizations - Participate in medical college events, seminars, and career fairs - Provide ongoing support and guidance to enrolled students Process & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM - Provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and market feedback - Collaborate with marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns - Follow established sales processes and methodologies Required Qualifications Experience & Background - Experience: Fresher to 1 year in sales (medical/education sector preferred) - Education: Graduate degree (any stream) - Open to candidates with transferable sales skills from other industries Technical Skills - CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales processes - Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital platforms - Understanding of online education delivery models (preferred) Core Competencies - Strong communication and presentation skills - Self-motivated with ability to work independently - Goal-oriented with track record of meeting targets - Comfortable with hybrid work model (field + remote calling) - Ability to travel extensively across assigned territory Ideal Candidate Profile You are an ambitious sales warrior who doesn't just meet targets - you obliterate them.
