(Channel Partner of Procter & Gamble) P&G Brands (Braun Gillette/ Olay / Whisper etc.) JOB TITLE Corporate Sales Manager WORK LOCATION Mumbai/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Ahmedabad/Delhi DEPARTMENT Sales & Marketing- Field Sales JOB BRIEF Our company requires a Corporate Sales Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES: ؠDaily 5-6 Clients Visits (Corporate Companies etc.) for Sale meetings. ؠUnderstanding of the Business Model and critical success factors of the HORECA. ؠCross Selling /Upselling & Range Expansion. ؠDeveloping Area Coverage Plan. ؠPlanning and achieving target account-wise share. ؠSeveral regular accounts with targeted Sales & Profitability in the HORECA Segment ؠResponsible to interact with different business houses/ corporates in the assigned region for a Business meets, and uses this opportunity to present the products. ؠWork closely with different stake holders to close the business deal ؠEnsuring the order execution as per the timelines in coordination with internal teams. ؠCoordination for payment collection and ensure the order is properly closed. ؠLead the bulk sale of all merchandise of the Company. ؠManagement of existing clients & new client acquisition. ؠCreate awareness of the products and brand in the new market. ؠEnsure that their queries are addressed in the shortest span of time and they get the best service. In terms of information dissemination on product use and new launches. SKILLS REQUIRED: ؠProven 2-3 years of workingexperience in Pharma/FMCG/ HORECA as a B2B SALES MANAGER or a relevant role. ؠFresher with MBA graduate/any related internship experience are accepted. ؠProven sales track record. ؠProficiency in Computer skills. ؠProficiency in English& Presentable. ؠMarket knowledge. ؠCommunication and negotiationskills. ؠAbility to build rapport. ؠTime management and planning skills. ؠMust be Graduate /Post Graduate (Marketing).
