We have urgent opening for Accountant Location - Surat Experience - Minimum 2 Yr We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns To be successful in this role you should have previous experience Ultimately you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position liquidity and accountability of our business Duties and responsibilities - o Comply with financial policies and regulations Tally data entry including sales purchase receipts payments bank reconciliation statement and preparation of debtors creditors statements Receiving and processing all invoices expense forms and requests for payments o Preparing bills and receipts Maintaining accounting records making copies filing documents etc As needed assist with other accounting projects o Proficiency in MS Office applications Excel Word is a must and experience in using Tally 9 is highly preferred Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable o Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit loss statements Report on the company s financial health and liquidity Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database Co-ordination with CA and filing TDS GST Income tax Calculating and processing the salaries Few admin tasks PREFERRED GENDER - FEMALE
