Project Engineer About the organization Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role Project Engineer Industry Real Estate Designation Project Engineer Department Engineering Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities 1 Site Execution Supervision Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring adherence to drawings specifications and timelines Supervise and direct contractors subcontractors and site labor to maintain smooth operations Ensure that all construction activities comply with quality and safety standards 2 Planning Coordination Coordinate with project planning QS quality and safety teams to ensure seamless project execution Review project drawings and specifications addressing technical issues promptly Prepare and maintain daily progress reports work schedules and material requirements 3 Quality Safety Compliance Implement company quality standards and monitor workmanship at every stage Ensure safety measures are strictly followed by all personnel on-site Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely rectification of non-conformities 4 Resource Material Management Monitor the usage of manpower materials and machinery to avoid wastage and ensure efficiency Verify material receipts usage and reconciliation reports in coordination with the Stores and Procurement teams Assist in verifying bills and measurements for subcontractor and vendor payments 5 Reporting Documentation Prepare and submit progress updates quality reports and site documentation as required Maintain records of work progress inspection reports and deviation statements Support senior management in decision-making through accurate site data and analysis Desired Candidate Profile Qualification BE Civil Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience 5 to 7 years of experience in site execution within the Construction Real Estate industry Skills Strong technical knowledge leadership ability good communication and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
