Senior Engineer QC About the organization Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role QC Industry Real Estate Designation Senior Engineer QC Department Engineering Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities 1 Quality Monitoring Control o Oversee and monitor the quality of civil construction activities at various project stages o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all works adhere to approved drawings specifications and standards o Identify non-conformities assess causes and implement corrective and preventive actions 2 Material Testing Verification o Verify incoming construction materials for compliance with quality standards and specifications o Coordinate and witness laboratory and field testing for concrete steel and other construction materials o Maintain proper documentation for all material approvals and test reports 3 Documentation Reporting o Prepare and maintain all quality control documentation including inspection reports checklists NCRs and QA QC records o Ensure traceability and proper filing of test results calibration certificates and site quality logs o Submit periodic quality performance reports to management and consultants 4 Process Implementation o Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and inspection plans for site activities o Monitor the implementation of method statements inspection test plans ITPs and work procedures o Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards and site performance 5 Coordination Compliance o Coordinate with project managers site engineers and contractors to ensure quality requirements are met o Liaise with consultants and clients during inspections and audits o Ensure that all construction activities comply with ISO standards and project quality policies 6 Training Supervision o Guide and support site teams on quality awareness and inspection procedures o Conduct internal quality training and tool-box sessions to promote a culture of quality across all levels Experience Qualification 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Control Quality Assurance in construction projects BE Civil Diploma in Civil Engineering Strong understanding of construction materials testing procedures and quality systems Hands-on experience with QA QC documentation ITPs and audit compliance Excellent analytical reporting and coordination skills Experience in Real Estate Residential Commercial Projects preferred not mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
