General Manager - Quality About the organization Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role Quality Industry Real Estate Designation General Manager Department Engineering Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities 1 Quality Planning Implementation o Establish and enforce company-wide QA QC systems policies and inspection procedures o Develop and implement quality plans checklists and test protocols for each stage of construction o Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings specifications and IS standards 2 Monitoring Control o Monitor and control the quality of civil structural finishing and MEP works across all sites o Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify defects or deviations o Evaluate workmanship material quality and construction practices o Ensure non-conformities are documented and prompt corrective actions are implemented 3 Testing Documentation o Oversee all material testing calibration and third-party inspections o Maintain records of test results inspection reports and corrective actions o Ensure that all laboratories and testing procedures comply with relevant codes and standards 4 Training Development o Guide and train QA QC engineers and site teams on quality standards and procedures o Promote a quality-first culture through awareness sessions and technical workshops o Continuously improve processes to achieve defect-free construction 5 Coordination Reporting o Work closely with Project Planning and Procurement teams to align quality objectives o Provide regular reports to management on quality performance site observations and risk areas o Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and maintain client satisfaction Desired Candidate Profile B E in Civil Engineering with 20-25 years of experience in QA QC within residential and commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction materials testing procedures IS codes and QA QC documentation Proven experience in managing quality systems across multiple large-scale projects Excellent leadership analytical and communication skills Ability to drive quality excellence and build a culture of accountability and precision Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
