Deputy General Manager - Commercial About the organization Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role Commercial Industry Real Estate Designation Deputy General Manager Department Engineering Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities 1 Contract Administration o Negotiate draft and administer contracts with contractors vendors and consultants o Ensure all agreements are aligned with project scope timelines and company policies o Review and approve contractor bills work orders and contractual claims 2 Cost Management o Develop and maintain project budgets ensuring cost efficiency and profitability o Monitor project costs against budgets and prepare periodic cost reports for management o Identify cost variances and implement corrective measures to control overruns o Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize material and construction costs 3 Tendering Procurement Support o Oversee the preparation and review of BOQs tender documents and rate analyses o Evaluate vendor quotations and assist in finalizing cost-effective contracts o Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials in coordination with the purchase team 4 Forecasting Reporting o Prepare cash flow forecasts cost-to-complete analyses and project financial summaries o Provide periodic MIS reports to management highlighting cost trends and project performance o Support management in financial decision-making and strategic planning 5 Coordination Compliance o Liaise with project planning finance and site teams to align commercial and operational goals o Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal audit procedures o Drive process improvements to strengthen commercial governance across projects Desired Candidate Profile B E in Civil Engineering with 15-20 years of experience in commercial management within residential or infrastructure projects Strong background in contract negotiation project costing and budget control Sound understanding of construction methodologies rate analysis and financial systems Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills Proficient in MS Excel cost control tools and ERP systems Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
