The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting month-end closing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. - Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting standards. - Manage payables processing, including vendor reconciliations and timely payments. - Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements. - Handle basic TDS compliance and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. - Work on provisions, prepaid expenses, and related accounting adjustments. - Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights. Mandatory Skills: - Day-to-Day Accounting - Journal Entries - Payables Processing Desirable Skills: - Month-End Closing - Basic knowledge of TDS - Provisions & Prepaid Accounting - Variance Analysis
